Gibrann Morgado is a creator whose work involves a diversity of mediums and knowledge oriented to the projection of potential futures through the virtuality-reality continuum and the forecasting of alternative paths for the politics of technology, with a critical approach to postcolonial accelerationism in the "third world" and the global hegemonic narratives.
He has given talks at the Massachussets Institute of Technology MIT Open Doc Lab (US), 1933 Contemporary (China) and other forums.
He recently curated the project "CRYPTO: Imageries and machines for the self determination" in Centro Cultural de España in Mexico City & won the prize for research and production "Dissident Cultures" for it.
