KIC 8462852 is the name of the strangest star ever monitored by any astronomical instrument due to the irregular variations of the light it emits, which has obliged the space authorities of different countries and agencies to focus on the observation of this star since 2012 and give a proper explanation about the phenomena.
The most recent update of the data obtained from the observation of KIC thanks to a network of LCO telescopes and to the work led by the postdoc of Yale Tabeta Boyaijan and his team are from May and June 2017, which present a new event of aperiodic darkening whose natural causes have been discarded since it is not a young star to be orbited by bodies that obstruct its light in a non-regular way. This lack of interval in the darkening patterns remain unresolved and will be better studied with more suitable instruments until 2020 when the James Webb telescope is launched.
The anomaly seems to have no natural explanation. By saying an "artificial mega-structure" cosmologists and astronomers from NASA and SETI refer to the hypothetical structure predicted by one of Princeton's most respected physicists, Freeman Dyson in the sixties in reference to the degree of civilization based on the use of energy and resources for their cultural and technological purposes (Kardashev Scale).
My project involved starting from the most advanced prototype designs under the hypothesis of a Dyson Swarm and specifically the type of engineering and the purpose of the possible instruments for the use of the energy of a star and then speculate, transform and put them to evolve implementing evolutionary techniques in 3D objects which are the most advanced prototypes or proof of concepts until they get unrecognizable in a scenario that probably we will be witnesses only through a simulation.
